FOUNDER MEMBERS FEE: £150.00

This Agreement, dated _, is made between Squint Showcase, a United Kingdom entity (“Squint”), and _, a _ (“Artist”).
Artist is the creator of the artwork(s) entitled “_” (“Artwork”).
Artist grants Squint a non-exclusive license to use the Artwork on Squint’s website at squint-showcase.com (“Website”). This license will last for three years and will automatically renew for successive one-year periods unless terminated in writing by Artist at least 60 days prior to the end of the current license period.
Artist warrants that it is the true owner of the copyright in the Artwork, and agrees to indemnify Squint against any claims asserted against Squint by third parties regarding the Artwork.
Artist authorizes Squint to grant limited sub-licenses to Website users at Squint’s discretion (“Comp Licenses”). A Comp License may authorize sublicensees to use the Artwork for internal purposes only for a period not to exceed three months, and will not authorize any public use of the Artwork, including any use in a finished product for public release.
Subject to the above license, Artist retains all copyrights in the Artwork including the right to grant licenses for public use to third parties.
